What can I do if I forget my UserName or password?
You can reset your password by following the instructions for Forgot Password. Or, if you forgot your UserName, you can Sign Up to set up another UserName and Password.
When I try to log in I get an error message that my UserName is incorrect. What
should I do?
If you receive an error message stating that your UserName or Password is incorrect, click the "Forgot UserName" or “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your Password or Sign Up again for a new UserName.
